It's about experiencing freedom within a frame permitting, true freedom.
It's about facing the fear of doing wrong so the fear of having to do well.
It's about tending to follow the middle lane, to control and not control, between the whole of perceptions lived on the moment, inside and outside.
But not from the mental point of view.
Here the mind is potentially disruptive, outlying to the painter who seeks to get to the right place, maybe in the cyclone's eye.
We are here in a contemplative attitude action. In meditation. Making us available to let flow the real creativity, one that gives the new, the surprising beyond us, beyond imagination.
.. so, it's not about "dump everything on the canvas". It is not to do anything, but to let it go
